What do I need to get started?
Just a short bio in plain text. You can copy and paste it from a website or type a few sentences about yourself. That is all the preparation required.
Where should I do the interview?
A laptop works best. Find a quiet spot where you can speak freely and will not be interrupted. That is all you need.
Is it a video interview?
No. There is no camera, no video call, no face on screen. It is voice only, which most people find far more relaxed.
How long does the interview take?
Around 30 minutes. It's a conversation, not a commitment. Most researchers find it surprisingly easy once they start talking about their work.
Do I need to prepare anything else?
No. Just show up and talk. KylieBot is trained to draw out what matters. You don't need notes, a summary, or anything written in advance.
What if I hesitate or say something wrong?
